In accordance with the Brazil PRC Amazon-Carrier Agreement, it is the carrier’s (SkyPostal) responsibility to provide accurate information to Brazil customs authorities for orders shipped from Amazon Sellers to Brazil. See more information from Amazon below: Seller Central Help.

To ensure the data being transmitted to SkyPostal by Amazon sellers is accurate, we are required to verify order details directly from Amazon Seller Central.

To authorize SkyPostal to view the order data related to your SkyPostal shipments, click on the AUTHORIZE button below. You will then be directed to an Amazon Seller Central page where you must confirm the information.

Doing so will allow us to identify Amazon orders, gather and correct all essential details for declaration documents, and efficiently ship packages via the the PRC channel. Should any part of the package data in Seller Central be different to what has been transmitted to SkyPostal (i.e. value, weight, etc,) we will override that erroneous data and replace with what is in Seller Central, this application is available for free-no subscription or payment required. It is very important that you notify all of your sellers of this override feature so that they are sure to always send accurate data to SkyPostal.

The deadline to provide this authorization to SkyPostal is April 4, 2025, after which we will no longer be able to ship your items via the Brazil PRC channel until such authorization is given.
