Return Mail/Undeliverable Service
- Electronic Returns
- If a client is able to barcode each mail item,
SkyPostal will scan in all undeliverable/return
items and provide a reason for the return. This
information will be available to the client
via PosTrac and allows the client to correct
the address and clean up its address database.
- Physical Returns
- SkyPostal can return undeliverable/return
mail upon request. Clients will be charged a
per kg or per lb fee for this service
Tag-Along Service
- The SkyPostal Network delivers over 38 million pieces of mail per month. Much of this mail is delivered to high end consumers who may be interested in receiving direct mail solicitations or offers to subscribe to magazines/catalogs.
- For a nominal fee SkyPostal can deliver unaddressed direct marketing items which are delivered along with our regular messenger mail routes in selected neighborhoods.
Signature Proof of Delivery
- SkyPostal can provide signature proof of delivery in many of the major cities of Latin America. There is an additional per item charge for this service. The Proof of Delivery will be available online via PosTrac.
